CORONAVIRUS: Statement from CLM
Like all UK organisations, we’re paying close and constant attention and monitoring to the unfolding Coronavirus outbreak and increasing our business continuity plans to help protect and support our colleagues and customers throughout these unprecedented times.
As a trusted partner to many organisations with a particular focus within the Housing and Care sectors, who rely on us to supply and maintain their critical assets, we are doing everything possible to ensure we can continue to provide our industry leading levels of service and support. We are mindful of the uncertainty and worry that the COVID-19 outbreak is having on all aspects of UK business and domestic life and we want to reassure you that the wellbeing of your residents and our employees is a priority, and at the forefront of everything we do.
To help ease concerns we would like to reassure our customers that as a responsible partner, our network of engineers have been trained in infection control. COVID-19 guidance documentation and required PPE, sanitisation products and additional training, has been issued to operatives, allowing them to work safe and we ask that any members of your staff present during our attendances, adhere to the government guidelines with emphasis on social distancing.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow government advice but hope to insure provision of service to the standards our customers have become accustomed to, throughout this crisis.
