We’re looking for engineers who have:

• Technical Skills & Enthusiasm: Whether you’re experienced or just starting, if you’ve got a passion for the work, we’ll provide the training to help you thrive.
• Full UK Driving Licence: This is essential as the role involves travelling to customer sites.
• Basic Electrical/Plumbing Skills: Not essential but preferred for trainees as these skills will be useful.
• Field-Based Experience: Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary. We’re happy to train the right candidates.
• Team Spirit: We value engineers who take pride in their work and want to grow as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As an engineer with CLM Services, you’ll play an important role in maintaining and repairing both commercial and domestic equipment. We focus on providing long-lasting solutions, not just quick fixes.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Repair & Maintenance: Carrying out repairs and maintenance on commercial laundry equipment and domestic whitegoods at customer sites.
• Safe & Efficient Work: We focus on quality and safety, addressing the root cause of faults, not just the symptoms.
• Site Cleanliness: Once the job is done, we leave the site clean and tidy with the equipment in excellent condition.
• Reporting: Completing required reports, including arrival and departure times and obtaining customer sign-offs when necessary.
• Ongoing Training: Keeping up with technical updates and participating in regular training to stay current with the latest developments.
• Inventory Management: Managing your van stock and job parts through company systems to ensure smooth operations.
